Hehe, I like the (possibly) hidden joke in the name:

Kepkhet's Refuge.

Kepkhet if pronounced sounds similar to "copycat." So it is now a refuge for those who are really skilled to go out there and not just the "I just fast advanced my monk and bought the stuff and copied the build...point me towards the griffons!" copycats.

Or maybe I am just reaching.

It's good for protection monks. But for a skin collector like me. All I can is it looks like a wooden version of Brohn's Staff.

Funny thing is... last night I made up a rumor about the queen dropping greens just to shut up the whiners.

Turned out to be true. Go figure.

I want that staff !!!

For both my farming and my heal/protect build for normal parties
The collector's smiting staff is less usefull due to no smite score with my heal / protect build.

very nice weapon for a prot monk. i want one for my monk now as an alternative to the ffs + collector prot focus combo that i currently use.

i guess it boils down to whether i want +3 energy or universal 10% spell recharge. ffs still seems to win out, but i'll want one of these just for the unique skin.

Nice, but I just want to say to everyone that might listen to me and say 'ok', don't buy it now!!!!!111one1. Wait till the price has dropped. I suspect it will probably reach as low in price as it will get in a few days, considering so many people are/will be farming for it. So, either farm for it or buy it later if you want it. It's just like any new nice thing, don't go with the impulse to get it now. Just wait a bit.
